Isabel is an experienced, qualified Legal Executive with particular expertise in estate administration. She is skilled in all property transactions, financing for private, trust and corporate clients and in the preparation of wills. 

Isabel is well-known and trusted by many of the firm's clients and works closely with their professional advisors.  She has been with Meares Williams Lawyers since 1989.

Isabel's expertise:

• All aspects of estate administration, including obtaining a grant of administration, realisation and transfer of both NZ and overseas assets, addressing tax matters and distributing assets and reporting to trustees and beneficiaries.
• Ongoing administration of trusts, liaison with accountants, sharebrokers and trustees on investment matters and related reporting.
• Property and conveyancing matters for private and estate clients, including the establishment of body corporate entities for new developments.
