Lucy joined Meares Williams as a commercial lawyer in 2008 and became an Associate of the firm in 2009.  Lucy has been in practice since 2005.

Recent projects include:

• Incorporating companies and attending to their ongoing administration, including sales & purchases of shares and assets
• Drafting commercial contracts for local and national businesses
• Establishing a joint venture farming partnership
• Acquisition and disposition of rural land, including land subject to pastoral leases and the Overseas Investment Act
• Drafting commercial contracts for the construction industry
