Roger has practiced in the area of litigation for a number of years in several South Island firms, including Raymond Sullivan McGlashan and White Fox & Jones. He has been an Associate at Meares Williams Lawyers since 2007.

Roger specilises in civil litigation, employment disputes and estate litigation.

Recent projects include:

• Appearing as Junior Counsel in Employment Court proceedings involving a significant dispute on behalf of a large scale employer.
• District Court, High Court, Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court and Environment Court appearances.
• Hearings under the Resource Management Act 1991.
