Vanessa Harpur
Solicitor

Vanessa began working for Meares Williams Lawyers in 2006 as a staff solicitor and left to work for a Dunedin firm for a period of time.  She returned to Meares Williams in 2009.  

Vanessa is a legal advisor for the Citizen's Advice Bureau and an Honorary Solicitor for a charitable organisation.

Recent projects include:

• Major business restructure involving a number of companies and trusts; subsequent amalgamation of the companies involved.
• Advising a large company involved in a multi-million dollar contractual dispute
• Assisting an elderly client with the surrender of a retirement unit licence to occupy and purchase of a new license to occupy.
