OUR OFFICES WILL BE OPEN FROM MONDAY, 18 MAY
ALERT LEVEL 2
Client information and policies
As a responsible business the wellbeing of our staff and clients is our top priority. We ask that you please read our client information and policies prior to entering our offices at Alert Level 2.
If you, or someone you have had close contact with, has potentially come into contact with the virus, or are unwell, please do not enter our offices. We are monitoring developments and following the advice of the Ministry of Health. Hand sanitiser is available for all our clients to use as well as optional face masks.
As we are only meeting face to face if completely necessary, we need to talk to you prior to your visiting our offices. This ensures a smooth service with the correct time allocated to our meeting space. We are not accepting walk in clients. We are on-boarding new clients, but please make an appointment first.
If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your scheduled appointment. If we run overtime (we will do our utmost to minimise this with pre-consultations) we ask that you please wait in the waiting area. If there is someone else in our waiting area, please leave your number at reception and wait outside. We will telephone you when ready. Alternatively, we are happy for you to telephone us on arrival (374 2547) to check we are ready for you before entering.
We do not accept payment via cash or card. We will send an invoice when appropriate to be paid by contactless bank transfer.
CLEAN HANDS AND PHYSICAL DISTANCING
All hands must be sanitised upon entry. Our meeting rooms have been spaced as much as practicably possible to create distancing. We ask that you please come to your appointment alone (e.g. if possible please do not bring your children) to reduce the numbers in our offices at any one time.
We will be keeping our hands sanitised and cleaning all meeting rooms with antibacterial spray. Unfortunately we cannot offer drinks, biscuits or reading materials.
