Belinda has been with Meares Williams since 2015 and joined the partnership in 2024.
Belinda specialises in the area of relationship property, including separations and contracting out agreements (prenups). She is empathetic and approachable, and her experience and knowledge enables her to provide clients with clear, pragmatic advice.
Belinda can also assist with:
- Dissolutions of Marriage (Divorces);
- Estate Disputes and Advice;
- Trust Matters;
- Residential Property Transactions;
- Alcohol Licensing;
- Wills; and
- Enduring Powers of Attorney.
In her spare time, Belinda enjoys travelling, baking and decorating cakes, and running around after her busy toddler. She is also a registered marriage celebrant and is the honorary solicitor for the Hanmer Springs Forest Camp Trust.
